CLASS FORMAT: Warm-up exercises and stretches, basic hand and foot techniques, forms, one step moves, sparring techniques, self-defense and breaking techniques.

ALL BELT SPARRING: This class is open to all students, the requirement for this class is wearing all protective gear that is purchased at the school. All students must be stretched before they come to this class.

STREET SPARRING/MMA: This class is open to all students. Additional safety equipment may be required and must be purchased from the school. Contact Grandmaster Rho for details.

DEMO TEAM: Practices on Saturdays. Open to all students. Contact Grandmaster Rho for details.

HAPKIDO: Anybody that is interested should ask Grandmaster Rho.
