The last few years Y.S. Rho Martial Arts Academy has been developing and perfecting a Martial Arts Program that enhances the lives of children. Children will enjoy an educational type of martial arts experience in our after school program.
This unique program encompasses: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit.
The Mental and emotional Part of this development encompasses: Attitude, Confidence, Discipline, Focus, Respect, Self Esteem/Worth and Sound Decision Making.
The Physical Part of the development encompasses: The entire human body from a childs developmental level including: Speed, Power, Balance, Technique and Combinations.
We Offer This Program In Two Formats
After School @ Selected Schools
We offer a program were our instructors will come to selected schools in the Rockwood, Parkway and Webster Groves Districts. They will teach for the next 40 mins to an hour.
After School @ Our School
This program involves transporting your child to our main location for an afternoon of learning and fun.
3:00 ~ 3:35pm Buses pickup students and bring them to our studio
4:00 ~ 6:00pm Students have supervised homework time, arts (drawing, Coloring) Students will be rewarded for well-completed homework with different games and activities including Kick-nastics a type of gymnastics involving martial arts. Children will then participate in a fun TaeKwonDo class.
6:00 ~ 6:30 Pick up your happy smiling child at our Academy.
